Ms. Mokopakgosi has MA in Health Policy, Planning and Management from University of Leeds, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce - BComm, from the University of Botswana.
In June 2016 she joined Human Resource Council as Manager, Human Resource Development Planning. She previously worked as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Minerals Resources Green Technology and Energy Security and the Ministry of Health responsible for Corporate Services. She previously served as a member of National Vision Council, Public Service Training Advisory Committee, and SADC Human Resource Planning Sub-Committee.
